The Center for Innovation in e-Health has just taken a major step forward with the signing of two significant international memorandums of understanding to promote interoperability and health information exchange in Morocco. The first agreement, signed with HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society), will improve the adoption of health information exchange through the EMRAM™ maturity model. The second partnership with IHE Catalyst will establish the first Health Interoperability Laboratory in Morocco, a first in Africa. This laboratory will support the creation of an interoperability framework based on international standards.
