2. Official Guests - Opening Ceremony, Speakers: From 8:30 AM

3. Visitors registered on the portal: Access from 11:00 AM

Note:

The opening ceremony scheduled between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM is strictly reserved for official guests with invitation cards.
